Pre-Delivery Tasks: Customers use the app to confirm their delivery details, registration, payment method, insurance, and to sign available agreements.
Delivery Options: Delivery typically occurs either at a Tesla Delivery Center or via home/contactless delivery, depending on the location and eligibility.
On Delivery Day:
The team ensures the vehicle is ready and pristine.
The Delivery Advisor completes the final paperwork and answers any questions.
The advisor may provide an orientation on the vehicle's features, charging, and software.
